All of your questions on screen printing turnaround and shipping… answered! At Kahne Screen Print, we understand that timing is crucial. That's why we strive to ensure a swift and efficient process from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Our standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks from order confirmation, but we're committed to communicating with you every step of the way to meet your specific deadlines.


We also offer detailed tracking information for each shipment so you can monitor the progress of your order as it makes its way to you. Whether you are local or ordering from a different part of North Carolina, we guarantee that your items will be delivered as promptly as possible. For any special requests or urgent deliveries, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, which is always ready to assist you with tailored solutions to fit your needs.

  • When Can I Expect My Order?

    Several factors can affect the turnaround of your order, including the following:

    • Order type
    • Finishings (printed tags, hem tags, fold and bag)
    • Production turnaround time
    • Shipping time

    The standard screen printing turnaround time for production is 10-15 business days.

  • What Are My Shipping Options?

    If you’d like to expedite your order, alternate shipping options are available on a case-by-case basis. Free order pickup is available at our Mooresville, NC, location – with this option, you will not be charged for shipping.


    *Production time excludes shipping time and is dependent on quick mock approval from the customer.

  • How Will My Order Be Shipped?

    Your screen print order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number – don’t forget to check your spam folder for this one!

  • How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

    Customers may check on their order status in two different ways:


    1. Viewing their customer dashboard/profile, which offers live views of all current and prior order history.
    2. Reaching out to customer service directly via email at sales@kahnescreenprint.com or by calling  (704) 610-0307.

    The customer dashboard/profile link can be obtained at any time from our customer service team/your account manager.

  • What Can Affect/Delay Order Turnaround Time?

    The following items will be subject to a longer turnaround time past our standard turnaround terms:

    • Printed tags
    • Hang tags
    • Hem tags
    • Folding and bagging
    • Process prints
    • Delayed mock approval

    Your order turnaround time will begin once we have all of the following (and not before that!):

    • Screen print-ready artwork as confirmed by your customer account specialist
    • Approved art proof
    • Job proof of your order invoice payment – 50% or terms.
